Addresses were geocoded in decimal degrees (NAD 1983) using geocoding software which assigns coordinates using U.S. Postal Service data, GDT data, and census line files. Mis-assigned addresses were corrected using Google Earth address locations. Use the GEO_ACCURACY field to determine if the coordinate assigned was matched or corrected.
